Even years after its iconic victory, Maléna’s hit “Qami Qami” continues to inspire new generations of Junior Eurovision artists! Ukraine’s representative for this year’s contest, Erika Kolesnichenko, recently revealed that Maléna’s 2021 winning entry is her favorite JESC song of all time.

It’s easy to see why! Back in 2021, Maléna took Paris by storm with her electrifying pop track. She finished 3rd in the jury voting with 115 points and 1st in the online public vote with 109 points, claiming the grand trophy with a impressive overall total of 224 points.

We wish Erika the best of luck as she takes the stage next Saturday 24th in Malta!
