When you have a dream, persistence is everything—and no one knows this better than Armenia’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 representative, Naré!

Ahead of the grand final this Saturday, where she will take the stage with her catchy track “BOO!”, Naré sat down for a fun JESC Quiz with a very special guest: Naré, Armenia’s JESC 2022 star and singer of the hit “DANCE!”.

The 2022 alumna put the young candidate to the test with six challenging questions about Junior Eurovision history. One highlight of the quiz came when Naré (2026) was asked, “Who represented Armenia in 2021?” Without missing a beat, she proudly answered: “In 2021, Armenia was represented by Maléna.”

This moment showed that Maléna, who brought victory home with “Qami Qami”, remains an absolute icon and inspiration for young artists across Armenia who dream of following in her footsteps.

Demonstrating her ultimate fan status and incredible preparation, Naré passed the quiz with flying colors by answering every single question correctly! She is more than ready to step onto the international stage this weekend.

However, Naré’s path to the JESC stage has been a true journey of hard work and determination. She previously tried to represent her country on several occasions—including during the national selection for JESC 2023, where Maléna herself served on the jury panel that ultimately selected the K-Pop group Yan Girls. Instead of giving up, Naré used every attempt to grow as an artist. Her journey proves that hard work and perseverance truly pay off: if you keep chasing your dreams, your time will come!

Will Naré bring the trophy home for Armenia this Saturday? We can’t wait to watch her light up the stage! 🇦🇲✨
